Additionally, Mr. Morales represents individuals in divorces, family law matters, wills and other legal document preparation, and unemployment compensation. He is licensed to practice in state courts throughout Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Morales is committed to defending the rights of all injured parties, including undocumented workers.
He serves on the board of several active organizations dedicated to promoting a fair and equitable workers’ compensation system for all parties involved. He served as President of the Florida Workers’ Advocates (FWA) for two years, and serves on the Executive Council of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar.
Mr. Morales has also been actively involved in Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH) and Florida Bar committees that draft the rules of proceedure for the practice of workers’ compensation in the State of Florida. Prior to representing injured parties, Mr. Morales represented workers’ compensation insurance carriers and self-injured employers. This experience provides Mr. Morales a resourceful perspective on claims handling and litigation strategy from a carrier or defense viewpoint.
Stephen E. Renick
Mr. Renick practices in the areas of workers compensation, social security disability, overtime, and personal injury cases. He also coaches high school mock trial teams, who have won one state and ten county championships. Mr. Renick also teaches legal classes at the collegiate level to paralegals and aspiring attorneys.
