Mr. Morales is committed to defending the rights of all injured parties, including undocumented workers. He serves on the board of several active organizations dedicated to promoting a fair and equitable workers’ compensation system for all parties involved. He served as President of the Florida Workers’ Advocates (FWA) for two years, and serves on the Executive Council of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Morales has also been actively involved in Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH) and Florida Bar committees that draft the rules of proceedure for the practice of workers’ compensation in the State of Florida. Mr. Morales routinely appears on Spanish language television programs speaking on the rights of illegal aliens, as well as litigation and insurance claims, and writes articles and speaks at seminars on these issues.
