Ricardo Morales

Since 1996, Ricardo Morales, a bilingual Miami lawyer, handles workers’ compensation, personal injury, Social Security Disability, and Fair Labor Standards Act matters strictly from the injured party perspective.  Additionally, Mr. Morales represents individuals in divorces, family law matters, wills and other legal document preparation, and unemployment compensation.  He is licensed to practice in state courts throughout Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Morales is committed to defending the rights of all injured parties, including undocumented workers.  He serves on the board of several active organizations dedicated to promoting a fair and equitable workers’ compensation system for all parties involved.  He served as President of the Florida Workers’ Advocates (FWA) for two years, and serves on the Executive Council of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar.  Mr. Morales has also been actively involved in Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH) and Florida Bar committees that draft the rules of proceedure for the practice of workers’ compensation in the State of Florida.  Mr. Morales routinely appears on Spanish language television programs speaking on the rights of illegal aliens, as well as litigation and insurance claims, and writes articles and speaks at seminars on these issues.
